Radiologist | AI Enthusiast | Guitarist
Dedicated to creating AI-driven solutions that promote equal access to education.
I’m Thami M., a radiologist specializing in adult and pediatric neuroradiology and head & neck imaging. Alongside my medical career, I’ve nurtured a lifelong love for music, especially guitar, which I began playing during my high school and early university years. Though medical training demanded full attention, music remains an important outlet for creativity. My interest in philosophy also shapes my ability to approach complex challenges with thoughtful analysis.
Through years of specialization, I’ve gained deep experience in diagnostic imaging and patient care across diverse populations. While residency required stepping away from my musical pursuits, it reinforced my drive for lifelong learning. My fascination with AI was sparked when Andrew Ng described it as “the new electricity” — a transformative technology with the potential to reshape industries, healthcare, and especially education.
My long-term goal is to master AI tools to create educational platforms for underserved rural communities. Just as electricity once leveled access to modern society, AI can help bridge learning gaps where resources are scarce. By pursuing the HyperionDev bootcamp, I am building the technical foundation to design impactful, accessible AI-powered learning systems that combine my radiology expertise with my passion for social good.
